SpeedAngle Warranty Claim

Your Speedangle Lap Timer serial number is located on the back of unit or displayed when you switch the timer on.

SpeedAngle Lap Timer comes with a limited twelve months (one year) warranty from your date of purchase. SpeedAngle warrants the SpeedAngle Lap Time device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for one year from the invoice date. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper connections with devices or components other than specified, and unauthorised repair or alteration.

Warranty Policy

Your SpeedAngle Lap Timer comes with a limited one-year warranty with your purchase. SpeedAngle warrants the device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for one year from the invoice date. This  limited warranty does not cover damage due to external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, improper connections with devices or components other than specified, and unauthorised repair or alteration.

To ship the Apex device back for warranty service, please follow the instructions below:

  • Please ship the device in its original or equally protective  package with a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
  • Please print and cut out the issued shipping label and adhere it to the top of the package. A package without the issued shipping label or with an expired shipping label will be refused.
  • Please send the device insured and postage prepaid or accept the risk of package loss or damage during shipment.
  • The repaired or replaced evice will be shipped back to you.  Please contact Mototrack Accessories for information as to taxes,  duties, or other brokerage fees that may be applied to returned goods.

Once our service center receives your device, we will either repair or replace the device at our option. The removed or replaced parts or device are property of SpeedAngle Inc. or Mototrack Accessories.

Please remember to download the logs recorded on your Apex device  before you ship it to our service center. It is very likely that the logs will be damaged or lost during warranty service. Mototrack Accessories will not be responsible for such damage or loss.

We record all serial number purchase dates, so if you have lost your original receipt or invoice please feel free to contact us on (03) 9702 2944 and we will try to evaluate your warranty period.
