Evo Tri-Zone Tyre Warmers

The top-of-the-line tyre warmer with independent rim warming. Used by 2022 MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and WSBK Champions.

The motorbike racing tyre warmer that warms the rim. It integrates a lug along the circumference which rests inside the circle and heating it. Completely made of Nomex fabric inside and outside. The heating of the tyre warmer is divided into two areas and the division of the electrical part into two independent managed by a control unit inserted on the rod, allowing to reach a temperature of 120 ° C evenly across the entire surface of the tyre.

Evo Tri Zone Tyre Warmers

The top-of-the-line tyre warmer with independent rim warming

The tyre warmer is fitted with an appendage around the circumference, which sits inside the rim, warming it up, and is completely made of flame-retardant fabric inside and out. The dual-zone tread heating and division of the electrical component into two independent sectors is managed by an integrated electronic control unit, making it possible to reach a consistent temperature of up to 120°C across the entire tyre surface. The control unit also controls the integrated rim warmer, allowing its regulation.

The Evo Tri Zone product can be customised on request, as was done, for example, for the Aruba Ducati Superbike Team tyre warmers, Aprilia Team Gresini tyre warmers, BMW Althea Racing tyre warmers, Honda CIA tyre warmers, Suzuki Grau Racing tyre warmers, MV Reparto Corse Forward Racing tyre warmers...
